I moved my business to San Leandro in 2002 and moved to Bay-O-Vista in 2008. I have been blessed in my career to have traveled all over the United States and the World. My wife, Teri, and I are now enjoying our retirement and the slower pace. We are both deeply committed to community service and volunteering at the many wonderful organizations serving San Leandro's less fortunate. We love living in Bay-O-Vista. It is a wonderful, friendly, diverse community. And of course, the views! One of our favorite activities is hosting driveway socials for BOVIA and our Neighborhood Watch Group.

My Top 3 things I love about San Leandro, Bay-O-Vista:

1. The friendly community of Bay-O-Vista. We have become good friends with many of our neighbors.
2. The larger community of San Leandro. Our City Leaders are accessible. We love the diversity of stores and shops, health care options, and restaurants that make it easy to stay close to home.
3. The Marina, a great place to walk, people watch, and our dog Willie loves the dog park.
